  • Outline your business goals, target market, pricing strategy, and marketing plan.
  • Include a financial plan that covers your startup costs, operational expenses, and revenue projections. Pay particular attention to the creation of a robust cash flow forecast and heed what it tells you.
  • Determine your USP (Unique Selling Proposition) to differentiate your B&B from competitors.

 

3. Financing:

 

  • Calculate your startup costs, including property purchase or lease, renovations, licenses, permits, furniture, equipment, and marketing expenses.
  • Explore the appropriate funding options such as personal savings, loans from banks, government grants or programmes, or partnerships with investors.

 

4. Property Selection and Preparation:
